Bystronic Byspeed 3015

Bystronic Byspeed 3015 Laser- It is a 4000-watt precision laser that can make up to 350 square holes per minute. It features an automatic material feed, which rapidly loads full sheets (120 x 60) into the machine.

Combined with the Bysoft programming software this is an excellent system for both prototype and production jobs.

Bystronic Bystar 3015 Laser- It has a 4000-watt resonator enabling it to cut 3/4” thick steel and 3/8” thick aluminum. It features an automatic material feed, which rapidly loads full sheets into the machine. Haeger 824 Robotic Hardware Machines

Haeger 824 Robotic Hardware Installation Machines - Haeger provides an unmatched selection of standard tooling in both inch and metric hardware, while in-house capabilities provides solutions to engineer and manufacture manual and automatic tooling for virtually any fastener. We have three machines that can install a variety of hardware: standoffs, studs, flush nuts, threaded nuts and rivets & much more!

Amada HFE 1304S

Our Amada HFE 1304S is a 143-ton, down-acting hydraulic press brake with a bed length of 14 feet. The ram repeatability is ±0.0004", with a maximum bend of 169".

Amada 255 Turret Punch

Amada 255 Turret Punch - 22 ton, 50”x50” table. A high speed punch capable of punching up to 700 hits per minute. The turret is equipped with 31 tool stations.

Amada EMK3610 NT

Amada EMK3610- Specifically engineered Twin AC servos, directly coupled to an eccentric shaft, provide optimum stroke length & the highest real-world hit rates and ram positioning accuracy.

Kitamura HX400if

Our 2008 Kitamura HX400if is a 25 HP High Precision, High Production Horizontal Machining Center. It is ideal for simultaneous 4-Axis machining of medium size parts and can machine parts up to 880 lbs at 13,000 RPM.

Strippet 40 ton & Euromac XP750/50 Punch

Strippet 40 ton single Punch - Uses manual back and side gauges.
Euromac XP750/50 Punch - 50 ton. Computer controlled and capable of multiple hits using a single punch.

Amada RG 50

Amada RG 50 Press Brakes-These are 55-ton machines that can bend a part up to 6’ long.The back gage is controlled by a computer and has a repeatability of +/- .002. We have four of these machines. The Amada RG 100 Press Brake is a 110 ton, 10’ long version of the RG 50.

Amada HFE 1304

Amada HFE 1304 Press Brake- This is our new (2005) 14' long, 150 ton machine. It is equipped with a multi-axis back gage. Di-Acro 150-ton Press Brake- This is a 150 ton, 14’ long machine. It uses a Hurco back gage and has a maximum bend length of 24”.

Cincinnati AutoForm Press Brake

Cincinnati AutoForm Press Brake- This is a 90 ton, 10’ long machine.It has a computer controlled back gage with built in cad system.
Di-Acro 35 ton Press Brake- 35 ton, 6’ long. This machine uses a Hurco computer controlled back gage and can maintain a tolerance of +/- .003. (Machine not shown.)

Milling Machines

Leadwell MCV1000AP Milling Machine- 6000rpm max, 40”x20” travel (shown). We have 3 CNC mills capable of handling a variety of milling applications.

Leadwell MCV-1300S Milling Machine- 6000rpm max.50”x30” travel.

Leadwell MCV-OP Milling Machine- 6000rpm max, 20”x10” travel.

Hitachi Seiki Hitec-Turn 23J Lathe- It has a maximum machining length of 23.6 in. and a 10” machining diameter. It has a maximum turning speed of 4000rpm.

Elgin Lathe- This is a smaller machine used mainly for the production of small parts.

Welding Machines

Welding Machines- We have an extensive welding department. Whether your needs require tig or mig welding, our certified welders are capable of welding the most complex assemblies out of a variety of material types and thicknesses.

Carborendum Polishing Machine

Carborendum Polishing Machine- This machine is used extensively in our grinding dept. to finish flat surfaces (shown).

Rock tumbling machines – Used extensively for small parts that do not require a cosmetic finish.

Pauli & Griffen Sandblaster – used for products that require a bead blasted finish, commonly used on stainless steel.

Deburr machines - Used to remove the sharp edges created after shearing.

Timesaver Series 3100 Combination

Timesaver Series 3100 Combination- This new belt sander is ideal for high production deburring and finishing. Combined with a 48" scotchbrite disc that can produce a better quality finish as well as deburred edges and holes.
