Our inspection department uses some of the finest inspection equipment available. Quality is assured through every procedure by set up sheets, 1st Article inspections, source inspections, and final inspections.
The Brown & Sharpe Xcel Coordinate Measuring Machine (C.M.M., pictured left) is designed to measure parts at a rate of more than 50 hits per minute with incredible repeatability.
The Faro Arm Model 233 (right) is a portable coordinate measuring machine used for inspecting large frames and assemblies that would otherwise be nearly impossible to inspect accurately.
