Check out this radio frequency chamber that we manufactured. Equipment is placed inside the chamber to be tested, and the chamber blocks all radio frequency waves. Because there cannot be any leakage of RF waves, the fabrication and welding of these chambers are extremely critical. The galvanized material used to manufacture the chamber also helps to prevent leakage.
We have special welding equipment to weld galvanized material and special ventilation helmets to help protect our welders from the gasses caused by welding galvanized material.
