Quality is the top priority of All Metals; it is the driving force for everything we do, and it is the responsibility of all employees to actively participate in the ongoing effort to improve products, processes and services. Through our policy of continuous improvement, we are always looking to be more efficient in every aspect of our operation so that we can better serve our valued customers. We practice lean manufacturing principles which translates to better quality, cost and turn time for our customers. We have implemented the 5-S process to remove all waste including time, materials, and idle equipment. Our quality management system is based on the ISO 9001 standards, and all tolerances and additional standards are based on the industry that is specific to each customer.
To ensure superior quality and adherence to product specification, each operation undergoes inspection through every procedure by setup sheets, 1st Article inspections, source inspections, and final inspections. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, as well as ITAR registered and compliant with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC. Click here to view our ISO 9001:2015 certificate. In addition to implementing efficient processes, we consistently invest in new technology and equipment to improve our quality and expand our capabilities, allowing us to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. We recently invested in two of the best inspection machines available, a FaroArm for 3D scanning and an Inspecvision Planar system to allow machine operators to check their parts in the flat which eliminates machine downtime. This equipment, along with our Brown & Sharpe Xcel Coordinate Measuring Machine, enables us to maintain our standard of high-quality products for our clients, while also adding value by cutting customer costs.
